About us
About Us
The Swedish Fulbright Alumni Association is an association for those who have received a Fulbright scholarship and provides continued interaction for alumni by hosting social and professional events, organizing seminars and lectures, facilitating an interactive member website, and much more. The Association also aims to be a resource for current or recent Fulbright grantees. It was established on May 28, 2004 and is growing rapidly.

The Fulbright educational exchange is the premier international exchange program between the people of the United States and citizens of other nations. Since its establishment in 1946, more than 255,000 scholars from more than 140 countries – chosen for their academic record and leadership potential – have participated in its exchanges. Fulbright alumni include Nobel and Pulitzer Prize winners, heads of state and government, professors, scientists, ambassadors, artists, lawyers and CEOs.
